If the parties do not reach agreement on all remaining issues, then on or before 7/30/2020, Premera shall file any motion for (a) an award of attorneys' fees and costs under Olympic Steamship; (b) judgment with respect to the duty to defend and/or indemnify; and/or (c) leave to plead a bad faith claim against ASIC.
