ORDER granting 18 Motion for Partial Summary Judgment by Chief Judge Ricardo S Martinez. Defendants are obligated to indemnify Plaintiff for its losses in connection with the underlying matter and those incurred in the instant matter. Plaintiff shall submit by way of sworn Declaration all additional evidence supporting the total amount of costs and expenses claimed no later than fourteen(14) days from the date of this Order.
