ORDER re Plaintiff's 204 Motion for Final Approval of Settlement Agreement, Award of Attorney Fees and Litigation Costs, and Incentive Award; and Motion for Extension of Deadline to Allow Processing and Payment of Late Filed and Emailed C laims and for Notice of Arbitration Process to Claimants.
