STIPULATION AND ORDER of Dismissal with Prejudice re parties' 25 Stipulated MOTION. The Court hereby ORDERS that all claims raised in this lawsuit by Plaintiff against defendants BCI Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Los Angeles and Fred Meyer Stores, Inc., are hereby dismissed with prejudice and without costs to any party.
