ORDER re: Plaintiffs' 2 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Plaintiffs have demonstrated that they are entitled to a TRO based upon their claims that the UW's Security Fee Policy violates their First Amendment rights to freedom of sp eech and expression. Therefore, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs' Motion for a TRO.
