For the reasons stated on the record, the court orders Defendants HNN Associates, LLC, and Gateway, LLC to show cause within seven (7) days why sanctions should not be imposed for failing to comply with the court's 6/4/2020 Order (Dkt. #83 ) to produce certain emails as more fully stated on the record.
