ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF'S #14 MOTION TO CONTINUE AND DIRECTING DEFENDANT TO RE-SERVE MOTION. On or before 10/1/2021, Mr. Tario is directed to file a certification that states he complied with the directives of this Order and identifies Plaintiff's address and telephone number. On or before 10/8/2021, Defendant is directed to re-serve the #12 Motion to Dismiss on Plaintiff at the address provided by Mr. Tario. Defendant is directed to provide written notice to the Court, which includes a new noting date for the Motion to Dismiss, when service is completed.
