The two related cases - Case No. 2:21-cv-00103-RSM and 2:22-cv-00073-RSM - shall be consolidated under Case No. 2:21-cv-00103-RSM and the case schedule for Case No. 2:21-cv-00103-RSM shall govern. The Court finds good cause to continue the trial date and all case scheduling deadlines found in the prior scheduling order by 6 months. The new trial date shall be 1/23/2023.
