Pursuant to Defendant's unopposed request (Dkt. No. #11 ), the initial deadlines will be stayed until after the Court issues its ruling on Defendant's forthcoming motion to dismiss. The Court shall, if appropriate, issue a new initial case scheduling order after ruling on the motion to dismiss.
