| Filing 28 MINUTE ORDER: The following MINUTE ORDER is made by direction of the Court, the Honorable Ricardo S. Martinez, United States District Judge: On April 25, 2024, this Court ordered that the deadlines regarding the FRCP 26(f) Conference Deadline, Initial Disclosures Deadline, and Joint Status Report would be May 23, May 30, and June 6, 2024. Dkt. #10. The parties have requested the Court extend these deadlines due to current pending motions, Dkts. #3, #4, and #12. Therefore, the Court STRIKES the deadlines set in its prior Order, Dkt. #10, and will reschedule these deadlines for two weeks (FRCP 26(f) conference), three weeks (initial disclosures), and four weeks (joint status report and discovery plan) after the Court rules on Defendant's Motion to Dismiss, Dkt. #3.
