The Calica Plaintiffs represent Defendant Green Diamond Resource Co. does not oppose. But the Calica Plaintiffs fail to address various parties' positions regarding the appointment of interim class counsel (see C24-0596 Dkt. No. 16 - appointing William B. Federman of Federman & Sherwood and Tyler J. Bean of Siri & Glimstead LLP as interim co-lead counsel in the previously consolidated matter of C24-0596 and C24-0620). Accordingly, the Calica Plaintiffs (C24-0775) and the Gregorio and Valentine Plaintiffs (C24-0596) are DIRECTED to provide the Court, no later than June 27, 2024, with their position as to the appointment of co-lead interim class counsel for what would be a newly consolidated matter.
