ORDER ON PLAINTIFF CAROLINA CASUALTY INSURANCE COMPANY'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, granting 17 Motion for Summary Judgment. It is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff Carolina Casualty Insurance Company's Motion for Summary Judgment (Dkt. [17 ]) is GRANTED. Declaratory judgment is hereby granted as follows: Carolina Casualty has no duty to defend or indemnify Dennis G. Ott and Dennis G. Ott P.S. in the McCoy matter under the insurance policy at issue in this case and is not obligated to reimburse Ott for defense costs incurred in the bar grievance proceedings.
