Plaintiff Reed's claims against Defendant Robert Weber are DISMISSED with prejudice. The referr al to Judge Christel is TERMINATED. Defendants have the right to immediately appeal the denial of their motion on qualified immunity. If they appeal, the Court will stay the case pending the outcome of that appeal. If Defendants do not so appeal, the parties shall file a joint status report identifying any other matters the parties and the Court should address before trial.
