ORDER. The proposed settlement as set forth in the report of the SGAL (Dkt. No. 33 ) and the Petition for Approval of Settlement of Minor J.G. (Dkt. No. 35 ) is APPROVED. The net amount of $15,000 to be distributed to the minor J.G. is fair and reasonable. The SGAL's fees in the amount of $8,892.99 are found to be reasonable and are approved re: 34 Motion.
