ORDER: THIS MATTER is before the Court on its own motion, following its 5/6/2022 Order regarding the plaintiff trusts' ability to represent themselves pro se. Dkt. #2 . That Order explained why an artificial entity cannot represent itself and provided the plaintiffs 30 days to either obtain counsel or file an amended complaint naming individuals as pro se plaintiffs. Since that time, Prairie Star National Trust and Robin Hood Land Trust have filed only a "proposed summons." Dkt. #3 . No attorney has appeared, and no amended complaint has been filed. The matter is therefore DISMISSED without prejudice; signed by Judge Benjamin H. Settle. (AMD - cc: pltfs)
