MINUTE ORDER: In response to the Court's recent Minute Order requesting the same, the parties in Williams v. Legacy Health et al., 22-cv-6004, Higa v. Legacy Health et al., 23-cv-5205; Marianu v. Legacy Health et al., 23-cv-5586; and Brody v. Legacy Health, et al., 23-cv-5595 have met and conferred on the issue of consolidation of these matters into a single proceeding. In a joint submission to the Court, the parties indicated that they agree that consolidation is appropriate for purposes of discovery and pretrial matters. Accordingly, the Court hereby orders all referenced matters be consolidated. The parties are instructed that all filings going forward shall be in Williams v. Legacy Health et al., 22-cv-6004 only; and the remaining three cases shall be closed. The Court acknowledges that Defendant Northwest Acute Care Specialists ("NACS") "objects to consolidation of all claims for trial and requests bifurcation of Plaintiff Toby Higa's claim against it for trial" and this issue may be addressed at the appropriate time.
