The court accepted this recommendation in principle and directed the parties to file by April 18, 2014, their joint proposal in this regard, The April 22, 2014 telephonic status conference in Akey is expanded to a telephonic status conference in all four cases, with the goal of setting a consolidated schedule for pretrial proceedings.
