Lindell is directed to file his amended complaint in this case no later than ten (10) days from the date o f this order. That amended complaint will be screened in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1915A. If that amended complaint fails to comply with this order or the order entered on November 6, 2013, the court will dismiss the complaint and this action with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ.
