ORDER granting 15 Motion for Default Judgment by Plaintiff Epic Systems Corporation. Defendant is ENJOINED from any unauthorized use or misappropriation of plaintiff's information; from maintaining possession of any of plaintiff's materia ls; from infringing plaintiff's trademarks and copyrights; from developing, offering, facilitating, selling, promoting, marketing or otherwise being involved with any classes, training, materials, seminars or consulting concerning plaintiff' ;s software that is not specifically and expressly authorized; from falsely advertising that any previously offered non-authorized Epic training is "industry standard" or valuable to employers or potential employers; and from registering any domain name or hosting any website that violates this injunction.
