Plai ntiff Kuslits is dismissed from this case and assessed a strike in accordance with 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff Hess's claim that defendant Stoudt violated his First Amendment rights is dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 8.
