Filing 102 ORDER denying plaintiff's 88 Motion for reconsideration; granting in part and denying in part defendant's 84 Motion for Reconsideration. It is GRANTED as to the implicit finding of personal responsibility on the part of defendant Shan a Becker. That portion of the court's April 5, 2018 opinion and order is REVERSED and summary judgment is GRANTED in favor of Shana Becker. Defendants' motion is DENIED in all other respects. The stay imposed by the court on May 10, 2018 is lifted. Not later than August 3, 2018, defendants shall expunge the DOC 303.271 violation from Kalafi's disciplinary record. Not later than July 13, 2018, Kalafi shall submit a revised detailed damages proffer as described in this court's April 5, 2018 order. Defendants shall have until August 3, 2018 to file a brief in response. If necessary, trial on the issue of damages shall be held on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., with the final pretrial conference starting at 8:30 a.m. that same morning.
