ORDER directing the clerk of court close case nos. 17-cv-265-jdp, 17-cv-597-jdp, 18-cv-313-jdp, and 18-cv-707-jdp. Plaintiff Robert Pierre Kidd will owe a filing fee only for case no. 18-cv-831-jdp.
