D efendants Officer Traas, Ann Krueger, Charles Cole, Charles Facktor, Karen Gourlie, and Ms. Christian are DISMISSED from the case. Service of the complaint is STAYED. Plaintiff may have until March 19, 2019, to respond to this order, stating wheth er he intends to proceed with the case or dismiss it.
