Plaintiff may have until July 11, 2019, to submit supplemental materials showing that his counsel meets the requirements of Rule 23(g)(1). If plaintiff doesn't respond by July 11, 2019 the court will deny plaintiff's motion for class certification in full. Plaintiff may have until July 11, 2019, to file a proposed class notice.
