Filing 2 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Plaintiff has submitted a motion for emergency injunction about treatment for what he believes is an infected wound on his face. Plaintiff has not filed a formal complaint, but construing his motion as a complaint, it appears likely that he has stated claims for relief against defendant prison staff. Given the serious nature of plaintiff's allegations about his injury, I will direct the clerk of court to schedule a telephonic hearing tomorrow, November 21, 2018, at which plaintiff, counsel for the DOJ, and Health Services Unit staff will appear to discuss the severity of plaintiff's condition and the treatment he will be receiving for it over the long holiday weekend. Signed by District Judge James D. Peterson on 11/20/2018. (nln),(ps) |
