March 21, 2019 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER **On February 19, 2019, I entered an order directing plaintiff James McDonald to submit a trust fund account statement in support of his motion for leave to proceed without prepayment of the filing fee. Dkt. #3 . Now plaintiff has submitted a letter requesting additional time to submit the six-month inmate trust account statement. Dkt. #4 . Plaintiff's request is GRANTED. Plaintiff may have until April 11, 2019 to submit a six-month inmate trust account statement. If by April 11 plaintiff fails to submit the six-month inmate trust account statement or show cause for his failure to do so, plaintiff will be held to have withdrawn this case voluntarily and the case will be closed without prejudice.
