Filing 5 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER **On May 7, 2020, I entered an order giving plaintiff John French until May 28, 2020, to submit a six-month trust fund account statement in support of his motion for leave to proceed without prepaying the filing fee. Dkt. #3 . On May 21, 2020, plaintiff submitted a letter indicating that he has requested a six-month trust fund account statement from the institution, but says that the institution will not provide the requested statement to him. Dkt. #4 . I will construe plaintiff's letter as a motion for extension of time to submit the six-month trust fund account statement. Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff may have until June 22, 2020 to submit a six-month trust fund account statement. If by June 22, plaintiff fails to submit a six-month trust fund account statement or show cause for his failure to do so, plaintiff will have withdrawn this case voluntarily and the case will be closed without prejudice.
