** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** On November 16, 2021, the court attempted to hold a telephonic preliminary pretrial conference, but apparently not all of the attorneys received notice from the court. Specifically, UnitedHealthCare was unrepresented through no fault of its own. Nonetheless, the court set the schedule in consultation with the other parties, subject to veto by UnitedHealthCare. The court has accepted every date suggested by the parties in their Rule 26(f) report, and it set jury selection and trial for January 30, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Not later than November 23, 2021, UnitedHealthCare should report to the court whether this schedule works.
