I will direct the clerk of court to serve the petition on respondent at FCI-Oxford, the local United States Attorney, and the United States Attorney General by certified mail, in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(i). Given petitioner's request for immediate release, I will give respondent a shorter time to answer the petition than this court ordinarily sets in 2241 cases: respondent may have until March 8, 2022, to answer the petition.
