March 24, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 6 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** On March 2, 2022, I gave plaintiff Terry Carpenter a deadline of March 23, 2022, to pay the $182.68 initial partial payment of the $350.00 fee for filing this case. The court has not received the $182.68 payment; however, plaintiff has submitted documentation showing that he is attempting to send the $182.68 payment to the court. Accordingly, plaintiff may have an enlargement of time, to April 15, 2022, to submit the $182.68 initial partial payment. If plaintiff does not have enough money to make the $182.68 initial partial payment from his regular account, plaintiff should arrange with prison authorities to pay the remainder from plaintiff's release account. If by April 15, plaintiff fails to make the $182.68 initial partial payment or show cause for his failure to do so, plaintiff will be held to have withdrawn this case voluntarily and the case will be dismissed without prejudice.
