** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Plaintiff O'Dell's Bay Condominium Association, Inc., asserts breach of contract and related state law claims against its insurer defendant State Farm Fire and Casual Company, and alleges that subject matter jurisdiction is proper in this court under 28 U.S.C. 1332(a). (Compl. (dkt. #1 ).) Plaintiff, however, only alleges its principal place of business and fails to allege the state of incorporation. (Id. 1.) See also 28 U.S.C. 1332(c)(1). While the court assumes that it is incorporated in the State of Wisconsin, on or before April 30, 2022, the court nonetheless will require plaintiff to submit a letter to the court so advising to ensure that the court has subject matter jurisdiction over this case.
