Filing 7 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** The court dismissed plaintiff's complaint on August 10, 2022, because plaintiff was asserting claims and arguments previously raised in his prior two cases. (Dkt. #4 .) Plaintiff has filed a letter restating that he has never been allowed to appeal from a Social Security ruling and asking the court to provide him the documents it relied on. (Dkt. #6 .) In referencing the jurisdictional requirement that a plaintiff challenge a final agency decision made after a hearing (dkt. #4 at 2), the court was simply summarizing its order dismissing plaintiff's 2018 case and citing to the publicly available portion of the United States Code concerning federal district court review of the agency's final decision -- 42 U.S.C. 405(g). The court otherwise reviewed the documents plaintiff submitted, as well as the court orders in his prior two cases, and plaintiff can request copies of those documents for a fee through the Clerk's Office.
