November 30, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ** TEXT ONLY ORDER **On November 2, 2022, I entered an order directing plaintiff Lamonte L. Currie to submit a six-month trust fund account statement in support of his motion for leave to proceed without prepaying the filing fee by November 23, 2022. Dkt. #2 . Now plaintiff has submitted a motion for an extension of time to submit the six-month trust fund account statement. In his motion, plaintiff states the business office at the institution will not provide the requested statement to plaintiff. Dkt. #4 . However, it appears from the exhibits attached to the motion, plaintiff must comply with the business office's procedures to obtain the statement. It also appears that the disbursement request plaintiff submitted with his motion still may need approval from the business office. Plaintiff is advised that he must work with the business office if he needs assistance in complying with the procedures. Accordingly, plaintiff's motion for extension of time is GRANTED. Plaintiff may have until December 21, 2022, to submit a recent six-month trust fund account statement. If by December 21, plaintiff fails to submit a six-month trust fund account statement or show cause for his failure to do so, plaintiff will have withdrawn this case voluntarily and the case will be closed without prejudice Signed by Magistrate Judge Stephen L.
