** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Plaintiff has filed a letter asking the court to obtain from the IRS a copy of his 2006 Schedule C tax form in support of his claims in this lawsuit against the Acting Commissioner of Social Security and Doe social security workers. (Dkt. #4 .) Although plaintiff has submitted copies of his other Schedule C tax forms from 2001 to 2008 (dkt. #4 -1), he says that the IRS has not yet provided him a copy of his 2006 form because he "always filed the wrong document." Plaintiff filed his complaint on February 6, 2023, and the government still has time to answer. Because this case is in its earliest stages, the request is DENIED. As the taxpayer, plaintiff should continue to seek a copy of his 2006 form directly from the IRS. Signed by District Judge William M. Conley on 3/20/2023. (voc),(ps)
