** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Plaintiff has filed a document styled as a civil rights complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 seeking an order directing state officials to produce what he believes is an exculpatory crime lab report related to his 1998 convictions. But the Court of Appeals has barred plaintiff from filing collateral attacks on his convictions unless he pays a $500 sanction, and he has "struck out" under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g), which means that he cannot bring civil rights lawsuits without prepaying the $402 filing fee.
