** TEXT ONLY ORDER **The court dismissed this case without prejudice and then denied plaintiff's motion for reconsideration. (Dkt. # #5 , #7 .) Plaintiff has filed a letter requesting an appeal packet and arguing that his lawsuit is not frivolous or malicious, that defendants are committing crimes including fraud, and that he wants the state circuit court to provide him with undoctored transcripts and the video footage of certain state-court hearings. (Dkt. #9 .) The court has mailed plaintiff an appeal packet, but plaintiff gives the court no reason to take action on any other matter raised in his letter. The court did not dismiss this case as frivolous or malicious; the court has explained across its orders why plaintiff cannot proceed with this lawsuit now and that he is not entitled to an order requiring the criminal arrest or prosecution of any defendant.
