** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** In this closed case plaintiff Andre Tinnon filed a letter asking that the court appoint counsel for him, but also that he wants to withdraw this case, apparently because of upcoming health issues. (Dkt. #14 .) Tinnon has already withdrawn this case, and the court sees no basis to recruit pro bono counsel on his behalf. Tinnon represents that he cannot litigate this case right now because he has other debts he needs to pay, and he is attending classes right now. Tinnon's other obligations are not reasons to recruit counsel for him, and Tinnon has not shown that he withdrew this case because he is incapable of prosecuting it, so the motion is DENIED.
