** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Plaintiff has filed a motion in case nos. 23-cv-219-wmc and 23-cv-365-wmc requesting 30 days to file an amended complaint. (Dkt. #10 in the '219 case and Dkt. #7 in the '365 case.) The motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff may have until August 11, 2023, to submit an amended complaint in both cases or the court will screen the initial complaints as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915. Although the complaint in the '219 case is under advisement for screening, the court notes that plaintiff's complaint in the '365 case is not yet under advisement because he has not submitted an inmate account statement.
