** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Because of a flurry of duplicative and seemingly frivolous (at least in substantial part) filings clogging its docket, the court entered an order on August 21, 2023, directing further submissions from plaintiff Stephen Lush in Case Nos. 23-cv-503-wmc, 23-cv-510-wmc, 23-cv-537-wmc, 23-cv-538-wmc, and 23-cv-539-wmc, to be set aside until a screening order is issued as required by 28 U.S.C. 1915(e)(2). Since then Mr. Lush has resorted to sending communications to the Clerk of Court seeking relief in one or more of his cases that only the court can grant. Although they will not be considered until screening is completed, the Clerk of Court shall: docket all such communications received since August 21, 2023, and all future communications, in the corresponding case; or if no case number is referenced, docket such communications in miscellaneous Case No. 23-mc-1000.
