** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** The December 21, 2023 telephonic pretrial conference morphed into a status conference based on the parties' report of new information that may change the nature and direction of this lawsuit. Here's where we landed: briefing on defendant's motion to dismiss is stayed. Not later than March 20, 2024, the parties must submit a joint letter reporting where they find themselves and how they suggest this case move forward. We will reconvene for a telephonic status conference on March 22, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. to get this case back on track toward resolution.
