Plaintiff filed an amended complaint but disregarded these instructions. Dkt. #11 . Plaintiff may have one last chance: he has until January 19, 2024, to file a second amended complaint that fully complies with the court's December 19 order. The clerk of court is directed to send plaintiff copies of the court's prisoner complaint form and Dkt. #9 . If plaintiff fails to comply with this court, then the court may dismiss the case.
