("WISHIN") filed a motion for preliminary injunction in aid of arbitration (dkt. #4 ) and supporting materials (dkt. # #5 - #7 ) in compliance with the court's #Procedure to be followed on Motions for Injunctive Relief, as well as a motion to set the schedule (dkt. #9 ) filed today, which indicates actual notice was provided to defendant Velatura Services LLC and its counsel. However, there is no indication that defendant Velatura has yet been properly served with these materials, much less done so in the most expeditious manner possible.
