** TEXT ONLY ORDER **After the defendant insurance company moved for a judgment on the pleadings dismissing plaintiffs' breach of contract and statutory interest claims (dkt. #7 ), the parties have stipulated to dismiss those claims (dkt. #9 ). The court ACCEPTS the stipulation, and defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED as moot.
