** TEXT ONLY ORDER **Plaintiff alleges that prison officials are illegally deducting money from his prison trust fund account. He is represented by counsel in this case, but the gist of his allegations is the same as a previous lawsuit he filed pro se. See Lacy v. Carr, No. 24-cv-509-jdp (W.D. Wis.). The court dismissed the first case for failure to state a claim several months ago, after plaintiff failed to fix the problems the court identified with the complaint. Id., Dkt. 7 and Dkt. 13. By July 14, 2025, plaintiff is directed to show cause on the following two issues: (1) why this case is not barred under the doctrine of claim preclusion; and (2) if any portion of the complaint is not barred by claim preclusion, why the complaint should not be dismissed under the reasoning of the decision in No. 24-cv-509-jdp.
