** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Defendant Johnson Health Tech Trading, Inc. filed an unopposed motion to extend the time to file a responsive pleading and stay the action pending certain rulings in a related bankruptcy proceeding. Dkt. #19 . For good cause, the motion is GRANTED. The parties are ORDERED to file a status report in this case no later than September 30, 2025, or within five (5) court days of the date the bankruptcy court enters an order ruling on all requests for relief in the motion to enforce, whichever is sooner. ** TEXT ONLY ORDER ** Plaintiffs have filed two suits against defendants BowFlex, Inc. and Johnson Health Tech Trading, Inc., Case Nos. 25-cv-513 and 25-cv-500. Plaintiffs have moved to consolidate these two suits and have also asked to stay the deadlines for defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the complaints until the motion to consolidate is decided. Defendant Johnson Health has appeared and joins in the request for an extension. Defendant BowFlex has yet to appear. To allow all parties to weigh in on the question of consolidation, the court GRANTS the request to stay the deadline to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint and RESETS the deadline to respond to the motion to consolidate. Plaintiffs are ORDERED to promptly file proof of service on Bowflex. The deadline to respond to the motion to consolidate is RESET to two weeks after service on Bowflex is executed. The deadline for both defendants to answer or otherwise respond to the complaint is STAYED until 30 days after the motion to consolidate is denied or 30 days after the consolidated complaint is filed.
