Parties were in the midst of a deposition and requested guidance about the scope of the deposition. The discovery issue concerned the extent of discovery Plaintiffs could receive concerning the location of an approximately three million dollar settlement. After hearing from both sides, the Court ruled in favor of Plaintiffs. The Court entered a text order [Doc. 120] documenting the extent of the Court's ruling. Upon further review, the issues presented in Defendants' Motion for Protective Order [Doc. 113] and the arguments made in Plaintiffs' Response [Doc. 114] are the same as the arguments made during the informal discovery conference call.
