ORDER Denying in Part and Dismissing in Part Petitioner's #1 Motion Under 28 U.S.C. 2255 to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence by a Person in Federal Custody by the Honorable Nancy D Freudenthal. It is ordered that Sink's Motion under 28 U.S.C. 2255 as to all issues with the exception of restitution is DENIED. As to Sink's argument concerning restitution, the Court lacks jurisdiction to address this issue and, as such, it is DISMISSED.
