DEFAULT JUDGMENT - ORDER Granting 21 Motion for Default Judgment. It is hereby ordered that Default Judgment is entered against Cheryl Strong, and in favor of Francisco Cabrera. The Court finds that Francisco Cabrera is entitled to all proceeds of the life insurance policy pertaining to decedent William N. Engas in this action, and on deposit with this Court in this action. Plaintiff deposited with the Clerk of the Court the sum of $17,620.50. The Clerk of Court shall disburse all funds held on deposit in this action, including all interest, to Defendant Francisco Cabrera.
