ORDER Granting Defendant's 5 Motion to Dismiss and Denying Motion to Strike. Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc.'s Motion to Dismiss is Granted. The Court Dismisses Plaintiffs' N.Y. GEN. BUS. LAW §520-a claim, Plaintiffs' cl aim that Defendant violated Cal. Civ. Code § 1747.08 during debit card transactions, and Plaintiffs' claim for injunctive relief for violations of Cal. Civ.
