GRANTS the request for a minor's compromise approving the parties' settlement on behalf of the minor plaintiff Gabriela Rangel pursuant to Civ LR 17.1; and 2. GRANTS the parties' joint motion to dismiss the above-captioned suit with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Furthermore, the Court ORDERS, per the stipulation of the parties: 3. Each party will bear its own costs, fees and expenses. 4.
