GRANTS the parties' joint motion to dismiss the above-captioned suit with prejudice pursuant to Rule 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Furthermore, the Court ORDERS, per the stipulation of the parties: 3. Each party will bear its own costs, fees and expenses. 4.
